A large dark tabby padded anxiously around the camp, flicking his tail around impatiently. Where is that dawn patrol?! It's been ages since they left! The tom thought. They better have a reason for taking this long. It better be good.
Lethalstar hated waiting for other cats, there was no doubt about that. It bugged him to death. He'd only sent out two warriors and an apprentice to check the borders. Maybe the guards from TerrorClan got them. That stupid she cat has always found a reason to get my Clan into trouble. The leader looked into the sky, and the sun has risen high above him, some light dappling his fur. That's it. I'm going.
Lethalstar padded towards the entrance of the camp. "Anyone want to join me for a hunt?" The dark tom yowled.

Her sky blue eyes rested on Lethalstar. She disliked the tom, maybe even hated him. Who knew? The she-cat often felt confused these days. Things were uncertain and the stars still remained silent. Brightheart watched from her den as the tabby tom paced near the entrance.
Hunting? It had been a while since she'd left camp. While she wasn't that good of a hunter, but she did miss stalking prey in the forest. Twolegs had made sure that the she-cat would never be a warrior. That decided her. Brightheart stood, and walked over to where Fearclan's leader stood. "I'll go Lethalstar," the ginger she-cat mewed, her eyes watching him. 'Will he refuse?' she couldn't help but wonder.

Lethalstar turned his head towards the herald. Brightheart wants to join me? How strange. He thought. "Good. I actually want to talk to you, Brightheart." He mewed, smiling. He got up and let his huge paws carry him out of camp. He jumped up, over the bramble, and landed neatly on his paws. He started slowly out into the forest, smelling refreshing scents of rain and moisture that had always soothed his mind and took away all of the stress. He wanted to lay down, to sleep, to roll in the grass in leaves. It was impossible to do that, though. Sighing, he looked behind himself to see if the she-cat was cathing up.

Talk to me? About what? she thought, a part of her slightly worried. The she-cat honestly couldn't imagine what he would need to say to her. Unless it was about the Dark Forest, but Brightheart could not help him there. She had learned nothing new since her last visit to the Bloodpool. "Very well Lethalstar," she mewed, following him out of the camp. It really had been too long since she last was out and about the forest.
She walked briskly, doing her best to keep up with the large tabby. Brightheart saw the leader look back, and was glad that she was not but a few mouse lengths away. The she-cat came to a slower pace as the scent of mouse flooded her senses.

"Have you had any problems with that foxdong gang? I need to know. I want to confront them." Lethalstar mewed. "They're an annoyance and some of the worst cats I've ever met." He growled. The large tabby tom smelled prey everywhere, but no sign of the patrol. "I'm going to kill that TerrorClan leader if I ever see her face again." He cursed under his breath, hoping no one heard it. Lethalstar hated that leader greatly, and personally, wouldn't mind ripping her throat out.
